The time of year for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is upon us again. This year we will be hosting it at The White Hart on Thursday, the 5th May at 8pm – we invite you all to come with your manifestos for the position(s) you would like to run for. We also want to highlight that this year we are adding a brand-new position; due to our success with the allotment – and our plans to expand it, we have proposed the role of “Allotment Officer” be added to the constitution.
If, for whatever reason, you cannot make it to the AGM in person you can email us a manifesto in advance and we’ll read it out at the event and you can run for election by proxy.
Below is a description for all the committee roles we need to fill, you can run for multiple positions if you lose out on your initial choice – in addition, some roles can be filled by two people and in previous committees we have had one person fill multiple roles so it is all fairly flexible. In the case of the Equality and Conservation/Education Officers we insist on having two people fill each role.
