Update: The weather was clear and crisp and the autumnal foliage was providing a colourful display. We got a good amount of bramble cleared as well as fitting in a tour of the woods.
On Sunday 23rd November we will be heading to Providence Plantation to do some coppicing and path maintenance.
Providence Plantation is a piece of woodland owned by the University just outside of Bristol. It is an ongoing project for BUCG and UBU.
To get the we will be travelling by bus from Bristol bus station so be sure to bring money for the bus fare. A student day ticket is £2.80 (£4 without discount). The event itself is free. Please email Jess if you would like to come along. (Note that you must be a member of BUCG to attend this trip. You can join at our UBU page. It’s only £5 for the year!)
