BUCG and the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery are offering a behind the scenes tour of the museum exploring some of their taxidermy and invertebrate specimens that are not currently on display. We will be learning about how these are used in research and can aid conservation work in the Bristol area.
While not exactly traditional conservation events, this is an excellent opportunity which is sure to provide a fascinating insight into wildlife, science and conservation. It will also be a interesting chance to view a normally unseen part of the museum.
