On Sunday 9th December we will be heading to Providence Platation for a nature walk guided by experts from the Bristol Naturalist Society. This will be a great opportunity for you to get to our regular woodland a bit better and to learn what sort of flora and fauna you can look out for on our trips there.

On the afternoon of Sunday 29th April we will be having a nature walk around Providence Plantation guided by experts from the Bristol Naturalists Society. This is a great oppurtinity to lear about the woodland wildlife, especially about birdsong invertabrates and recording methods. We will begin the event with a picnic in the woods. Please email Heather by 7pm on Friday 27th April if you would like to come along.
For our final trip of the term we will be heading to Providence Plantation on Sunday 3rd December. We will be get some last bits of work done like path clearance before Christmas. It is a great chance to get outside as deadlines pile on and see the progress we’ve been making with managing the land!

On Sunday 29th October we will be going on a nature walk with experts from the Bristol Naturalists Society. It will be and fuan and informal afternoon walk around the woodland with the chance to ask questions about the flora and fauna and learn from experienced naturalists. We might even round off the day with a picnic; check out the Facebook event for updates.
It is a lovely mixed woodland site with a limestone grassland in the middle. We will be doing some scrub clearance then burning all the material on a bonfire (perfect for toasting plenty of marshmallows and donuts).
